6 Session Meditation Course

Our next 6 Session Yoga Course is on the horizon, starting on August 5th.

Our course includes six meditation classes spread over six weeks – available face-to-face and also online.

Each session has a specific focus that improves the wellness of your mind, body and spirit and enables you to find the modality that suits your personal preferences!

At an hour-long, the weekly classes allow for one-on-one coaching and are designed for people of all abilities and experience.

The whole course costs just $200 per person (including a set of mala beads) or $180 online.

Half Day Mental Health Retreat

Join us for a rejuvenating Half Day Retreat to celebrate Mental Health Week and boost your well-being! This retreat will provide a serene environment for you to engage in activities designed to improve mental clarity, reduce stress and foster a sense of community and support.

Price: $100 for the full morning retreat.

Our Schedule…

  • 8:00 AM – Yoga: Start your day with a gentle yoga session aimed at improving brain function and managing stress effectively.
  • 9:00 AM – Breakfast: Enjoy a nutritious breakfast and learn about foods that promote good mental health.
  • 9:30 AM – Meditation: Engage in a guided meditation session designed for stress relief and fostering a healthy mind-body connection. This practice will help you centre your thoughts and find inner peace.
  • 10:00 AM – Discussion: Participate in an interactive discussion on mental health. We will explore what it means to manage your own mental health and share strategies for maintaining mental well-being.
  • 10:30 AM – Morning Tea Break: Take a short break to enjoy some tea and refreshments. This is also an opportunity to ask any questions and reflect on the morning’s activities.
  • 11:00 AM – Sound Healing: Experience the profound effects of sound healing. This session will help you connect your mind, body, and soul through the soothing sounds and vibrations of our crystal singing bowls, gongs and chimes.
  • 11:30 AM – Closing Circle: Conclude the retreat with a closing circle where participants can share their experiences and insights from the day.
  • 12:00 PM – Finish: The retreat will officially conclude at noon, leaving you refreshed and equipped with new tools for maintaining your mental health.
