Our studio is at 16 Queensport Rd South in Murarrie, in Brisbane! Come and pay us a visit.

We aim to create a beautiful, connected community for women and men of all ages to experience different types of yoga, meditation and sound healing.

We offer regular weekly yoga and meditation classes, personalised one-on-one healing sessions, monthly full & new moon events, wellness day retreats, Women’s Goddess Circles and short courses.

We also have an online shop where you can buy candles, sprays, gift vouchers and crystal bowls.

Our Teacher

Jane Toohey is a Level 2,500 hr Yoga Teacher, Certified Meditation Teacher, Kids and Family trained Yoga teacher and Reiki practitioner.

Jane has been dedicated to her own practice of yoga for the last 25 years. From deep relaxation and stretching to more active vinyasa flow, Jane’s classes combine a mix of beginner and intermediate sessions, incorporating Kundalini, Sound Healing and Meditation skills. Create a healthy balance of mind, body and spirit. Come and visit the studio.

Meditation and Crystal Bowls

Meditation not only works at an individual level to alleviate stress and encourages, mind & body, health & well-being.

It also encourages healthy relationships through a deep understanding of oneself.

We offer a 6-session course, regular weekly mediation classes, and private sessions.

Yoga and Mindfulness

Yoga has been scientifically proven to reduce stress in the body and radiate a range of positive effects on the physical and psychological aspects of our whole being.

You do not have to be ultra-flexible to enjoy yoga. We teach many forms of yoga in a friendly and encouraging environment. If you are new to yoga or returning after a break, come along and join in.
