I think my favourite part about it all is how I have discovered how much I enjoy and appreciate big, long metered breaths. I almost think of it as gulping in a big glorious cup of life force. Before these sessions, I took for granted breathing, and never really would have thought I would enjoy and appreciate something as simple as taking a breath. Yet now I do!
Also, having a keen interest in music and I think this is also why I am intrigued by your sound bowls. They can be soft and subtle (when gently beating) yet can also put out so much enveloping tone and volume when you ride the top edge. I think they are great!”
