Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices which are originated in ancient India. The fusion of mind, body and spirit is what offers the greatest healing and joy.
The yoga sessions we teach is a Vinyasa Flow. The word “vinyasa” can be translated as “arranging something in a special way,” like yoga poses or asanas. In vinyasa yoga classes, we coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next. We also teach breathing techniques, meditation and mindfulness classes. Suitable for all levels.
