We teach yoga at childcare centers, in a fun, age-appropriate class designed for children aged 3 to 6.

The classes are fantastic for flexibility and strength, learning relaxation skills, posture, concentration, coordination, body awareness, self-confidence, self-esteem and establishing excellent physical and mental health. Classes include yoga games and partnering activities, and are taught by a fully certified Yoga Teacher specializing in Kids & Family Yoga.

Yoga practice has been shown to help reduce depression and anxiety in children and encourages a healthy, strong, positive body image. Children love discovering all the amazing things their bodies can do and enjoy the play side of the yoga games especially.
