The uniquely ‘Haven Yoga’ course has been crafted by our certified meditation teacher and reiki practitioner, Jane Toohey, who is passionate about our intrinsic ability to heal ourselves through yoga and meditation. You will receive guidance and support throughout the course with handouts each week and meditations to practice at home between sessions. Our studio is a peaceful environment (see our 360 tour) and has a spacious deck under the moonlight which creates a beautiful environment for calm meditation sessions.
