We offer regular weekly vinyasa and kundalini inspired yoga and mediation classes, personalised one on one healing sessions, monthly full moon yoga and crystal bowls events, day retreats and short courses.
Our level two certified meditation teacher and reiki practitioner, Jane Toohey, tailors each session to you, drawing upon different breathing techniques, meditation and mindfulness activities suitable for all levels.
She has been dedicated to her own practice of holistic yoga for the last 20 years and is passionate about our intrinsic ability to heal ourselves through the regular practice of yoga and meditation. Her yoga sequences focus on deep relaxation and stretching, through to a more dynamic vinyasa flow, connecting mind and body, linking breath with movement.
