Haven Yoga and Meditation offers yoga, mediation and other mindfulness services to help relieve stress, increase strength as well as improve everyday mindfulness.
We offer one on one coaching, overseas retreats and personalised one on one healing sessions. We also have online classes and online short courses.
Jane Toohey is a level 3 yoga and certified meditation teacher, and a reiki practitioner. She tailors each session to you, drawing upon different breathing techniques, meditation and mindfulness activities suitable for all levels.
She has been dedicated to her own practice of holistic yoga for the last 30 years and is passionate about our intrinsic ability to heal ourselves through the regular practice of yoga and meditation. Her yoga sequences focus on deep relaxation and stretching, through to a more dynamic vinyasa flow, connecting mind and body, linking breath with movement.
