I have been lucky enough to do meditation and yoga with Jane.  Oh my goodness, after yoga I feel amazing.  Each lesson has a different combination of postures, breathing techniques and relaxation making it interesting and unique.
During a meditation session with Jane, it is so easy to relax into a world of imagination and inspiration. Her calming voice allows you to be totally in the moment. If you are going to do something for yourself, don’t hesitate…just do it!
